The 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing, Computer Networks and Communications

With the advent of the information age, computer networks and communication technologies have developed rapidly.  Advanced signal processing, computer network and communication technologies not only improve people's work efficiency and quality of life, but also promote the development and application of science and technology in society and the country.

In order to promote academic exchanges between scholars and researchers in related fields, share advanced technical solutions, and explore the latest development trends in the industry, on the basis of the successful holding of SPCNC 2022,supported by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China of the 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing, Computer Networks and Communications (SPCNC2023) will be held in Xiamen, China during December 8-10, 2023.

Xiamen is a central city, port and scenic tourist city on the southeast coast of China. Xiamen has a subtropical monsoon climate, mild and rainy, with an annual average temperature of 21°C. It is one of the happiest cities in China, and has won the United Nations Habitat Award.  We look forward to meeting you in the "Sea Garden" - Xiamen.
